Pack with Care

Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
